How long does it take to repair a zipper?
The zipper slider can take from one to 12 hours to repair. A zipper replacement can take one day, or a few, depending if we have the correct zipper.
Do you provide emergency repair services?
Yes. Emergency repairs are usually completed within 12 hours. Minor repairs cost a flat fee of $15.00 and major repairs cost a flat fee of $30.00.
Can I customize my backpack?
Yes, and this is one of the most interesting parts of our business. We are here to help you to find the most suitable and affordable solution.
What's the heaviest material you can fix?
We can go up to 1 inch, but it depends on the material. Some jobs require hand sewing with heavy duty needles and hand tools.
Do I have to pay before the repair?
No. We do provide a free estimate on all new service orders and, if you wish, you can pay right away. If any additional adjustments have to be done, we will call you first for approval.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate by appointment only going forward, so please contact us via email ahead of time to make sure we are available.
Do you work on holidays?
Yes, most of the time, but please call ahead to check our availability.
